The Associate Deans Teaching and Learning Council (ADTLC) is pleased to issue a call for members of the community – faculty, staff and students – to indicate their interest in participating on standing committees of ADTLC, to support the development and implementation of teaching and learning initiatives identified in the University Academic Plan. These initiatives are intended to facilitate and complement local-level activities in advancing York’s priorities as set out in our planning documents. Click here to download a PDF document that outlines the terms of reference for ADTLC committees.

Participation in the committees by a range of stakeholders, faculty, students and staff is key to ensuring broad, collegial input from across the University about how to advance shared priorities relating to the quality of teaching and learning. Further information, including terms of reference, is available on the AVP Teaching and Learning website.

Members of the community are invited to indicate their interest in participating on any of the following standing committees by visiting the AVP Teaching and Learning website and completing and submitting the online form. The committees are:

  • Technology Enhanced Learning Committee;
  • Experiential Education Committee; and
  • Research and Innovation on Teaching and Learning Committee.

The deadline for submission of expressions of interest is Friday, Nov. 9 by 4:30 p.m. All members of the community are encouraged to consider participating. Visit tl.apps01.yorku.ca/machform/view.php?id=55785 to submit an expression of interest.
