Cancelled: Lassonde offers two workshops on innovative and creative thinking

Lassonde School of Engineering will be the site of two workshops designed to promote innovation and problem solving. The workshops offered by the Innovation Culture Group have a limited enrolment and are fee based.

Faculty, staff and TAs from Lassonde and other faculties at York University may use the “FREE4U” voucher code to obtain free tickets to the workshops.

The first workshop titled “Innovation Fundamentals” on July 12 at the Lassonde School of Engineering’s Bergeron Centre for Engineering Excellence on the Keele campus is designed to ground participants in  the fundamentals of what makes innovation work and navigate the pitfalls that stymie innovation methods. The second workshop, titled “Creative thinking techniques using Lego Serious Play and Lego BuildToExpress” will take place July 13.
