Update your email signature with 2016 Canada’s Greenest Employers logo

Members of the York University community can now include the 2016 Canada’s Greenest Employers logo in their email signatures.

Note that older versions of the logo from 2013 to 2015 can no longer be used, and should be removed from signatures when adding the new 2016 logo. Older versions of the logo should also be removed from websites and replaced with the 2016 logo.

To update your signature, copy your preferred version and paste it to your Lotus Notes signature options under:

Preferences -> Mail -> Signature

Customize your contact details and click on the OK button to save your changes.
