Join yoga classes during the lunch hour

Fitness comes to you yoga classes will provide guidance in stretching and toning your body.

Join yoga at lunch time. The one-hour classes will start Thursday, Feb. 26 and run until April 2, from noon to 1pm, at 519 Kaneff Tower (except Feb. 26, which will be in 305 York Lanes and March 19, which will be in 280 York Lanes), Keele campus. The fee is $68.

Yoga classes provide a time and place to experience the benefits of relaxation and the opportunity to deepen your mind-body kinesthetic connectedness while stretching and toning your body.

Yoga encompasses breathing exercises and relaxation techniques through a flow of postures executed in a safe, slow and thorough way to develop integration of body, mind and spirit awareness. Release stored tension and strengthen and align the body while increasing circulation, concentration and flexibility. No experience necessary.

Participants are to provide their own yoga mat.
