Recreation TRX - core conditioning posterLet Campus Recreation assist you in making and/or keeping a healthy new year’s resolution for 2015.

Sign up for Spin Fit and/or TRX Core Conditioning at a newly reduced price. Cycle Fit – Spin runs Monday and Wednesdays from 5:15 to 6:15pm. And, for the winter only, it is $60 for students and members or $75 for non-members.

Cycle fit - spin posterAlternatively, try out the TRX Core Conditioning, which runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30pm. It is also $60 for students and members or $75 for non-members.

Would you rather come in on a more flexible schedule? Check out the fitness programs that are available to you with your fitness membership.

There are many more ways to become involved and fit, including group drop-in fitness classes.
