Get fit this summer with martial arts classes in ancient art of Muay Thai

Muay Thai moveWant to get fit and try the ancient art and sport of Muay Thai?

Classes start May 5 and will run until June 30 at Studio 2, Tait McKenzie Centre, Keele campus. The cost is $125 for students and members, and $155 for non-members. No experience is necessary. There will be no class May 19.

Muay Thai was originally developed by the people of Thailand as a combat tool and is currently an integral part of Thai culture and history. It is now a competitive ring sport that hosts the best conditioned athletes in non-stop explosive action.

Classes will run Monday and Wednesday, from noon to 1:30pm, and Tuesday and Thursday, from 4:30 to 6pm.
