The following budget information is now available for planners and administrators to begin their budget process:
- 2013-2014 Benefit Rates are accessible through the Finance website. 2013-2014 budget cut is 3.5 per cent.
- Salary Planning File, which provides information on the employee costs in your area, can be found under the Finance Forecast and Budget Call tab in eReports.
- Memo regarding the creation of new accounts for the multi-year budgets is accessible through the Finance website.
- Budget call deadline: April 30.
The eReports budget module, used to prepare and load last year’s budget, will be used again for the 2013-2014 budget call.
Throughout the months of March and April, the Office of Budgets & Planning has organized a number of training sessions for new community members and those who might need a refresher course on this budget tool.
To ensure space availability, participants are asked to pre-register and select two possible dates and times when they are available to attend a session. The exact date and time of your training will be confirmed with each participant via e-mail.
