Employee survey: Speak out, be heard and make a difference

York University established Creating A Better Workplace to help build a more trusting and positive work environment for all employees. A lot has been accomplished but we know there’s more we should do. But what?

On Wednesday, Nov. 21, all York employees received an e-mail from the University’s survey research partner Metrics@Work with instructions detailing how to connect to the web-based employee survey.

If you haven’t received this e-mail or information about how to get a hard copy of the survey, call Metrics@Work at 1-800-726-4082, ext. 29.

You will remain anonymous and your answers will be confidential. The survey takes just 20 minutes to complete. The information you provide is being collected by an independent third party research firm and is completely confidential and anonymous and York is committed to sharing the results and implementing the results.
