More than 400 people gathered to mourn 23-year-old Joshua Yasay at his funeral Monday at St. Francis de Sales Parish church in Ajax. The York criminology grad had a dream of becoming a police officer. University opens campus to students for arts workshops
York University has introduced the Fine Arts Summer Intensive (FASI), a new community outreach and continuing education initiative of the Faculty of Fine Arts. Throughout July, various workshops and boot camps in dance, design, visual arts, film, music and theatre were offered to high school students, ranging from two days to three weeks reported the North York Mirror and others July 22.
