Are you interested in helping to make York University a great place to work?

The Better Workplace team is looking for faculty and staff who are interested in becoming members of a new Creating a Better Workplace Advisory Council.

The council will be an advisory body focused on recommending better workplace practices and policies in information sharing, leadership/management development, rewards and recognition, and culture change.

Going forward, the council will work collaboratively and proactively to identify and amplify workplace issues, make recommendations for improvement and promote Creating a Better Workplace at York.

The Better Workplace Project team is looking for individuals who share a strong desire and commitment to making York University a great place to work. They will be involved in helping to enhance working relationships to build a culture of pride and engagement, and promote improved performance, innovation and adaptability.
