VPs issue update on PRASE

"engage sustain transform" poster

Gary Brewer, vice-president finance & administration, and Patrick Monahan, vice-president academic & provost, have issued this update to the York community on the PRASE (Process Re-engineering & Service Enhancement) project.

In advance of the next PRASE quarterly report, due out in early April 2012, we would like to make everyone aware of new information that is available on the PRASE website.

Based on feedback from the community, the PRASE team has revised the earlier versions of the work plans for each of the PRASE initiatives. These revised work plans summarize the purpose, benefits, timelines and responsible individuals/groups in a more user-friendly format. Links to these documents can be found, by work stream, here.

We encourage members of the York community to review these documents to ensure a broad understanding of the type of work that is underway, the improvements we are working towards and the timelines for each of the initiatives.
