Part of the city-run Toronto Track & Field Centre on the Keele campus will reopen today. Users will be able to gain access to the outdoor track. The centre’s change rooms, shower areas and an upstairs classroom will also re-open today.
Access to the indoor track facility is still not available and it is not known when the area will be ready. The centre was closed on Friday, Oct. 29 following a fire (see YFile, Nov. 2).
Questions about facility permits and memberships to the Toronto Track & Field Centre are being handled by City of Toronto staff.
The hours of operation are Monday to Saturday, from 9am to dusk (approximately 5pm). For status updates, users should call the centre at 416-392-2812 or check the centre’s web page.
