Robbery in Vanier Lane under investigation

York University Security Services is continuing to provide assistance to the Toronto Police Service in its investigation of a robbery on Friday, Oct. 8 at around 1:30am. It allegedly occurred on Vanier Lane just north of York Lanes, near the parking structure.

The victim reported to security that two black males approximately 5’10” tall with slim builds had approached him, assaulted him and robbed him of his wallet. One suspect was wearing a red hoodie and the other a black and grey hoodie. The suspects were last seen fleeing south toward the Common Road. The victim did not sustain any injuries.
