The Stress Buster Session will take place Tuesday, March 2, from 1 to 2:30pm in Sylvester’s, 201 Stong College, Keele campus.

People’s brains and bodies are capable of amazing and powerful feats of athletics and human performance, but they can also get people tied up in knots that create disease. People can be their own worst enemy or greatest ally. The first step is to become aware of how stress occurs and what can be done about it.

Cummings has developed innovative programs in stress management therapy at a leading addiction and mental health treatment centre in Toronto.

The Stress Buster Session is presented by Stong College.

Everyone is welcome to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
