Nancy Accinelli, a longtime employee at York and co-president of the York University Retirees Association, died at North York General Hospital on Sunday, Nov. 1, with family members at her side. She was 69.

Members of the York community are invited to a celebration honouring her life on Jan. 15. Nancy dedicated much of her career to making York University a better place for its students, faculty and friends. (See YFile, Nov. 4, 2009.)
The memorial celebration of her life will take place in the Founders Assembly Hall, 152 Founders College, at 1:30pm. All members of the York community are welcome to attend.
