Recreation York’s free Demo Week starts today

Want to take a spin? How about a little belly dancing? In the mood for some ballet?

Recreation York is offering an opportunity for you to try out a host of activities at the Tait McKenzie Centre – the site of York’s free Demo Week, Jan. 11 to 17. A wide range of classes will be offered at no cost during the special week. No sign up is necessary. Whether it’s boot camp, dance, spinning or yoga, it’s all free for one week. Employees of York University can also take part in the action with Employee Fit 4 Life activities. Demo Week is a great opportunity to sample something new.

Drop in to the Tait McKenzie Centre at York’s Keele campus to sample any of the classes listed below.
