The top men’s players in the world will battle once again at the world-class Rexall Centre July 19-27. Recent champions Novak Djokovic (2007), Roger Federer (2006 & 2004), Rafael Nadal (2005) and Andy Roddick (2003) will join a star-studded cast of the best players on tour.
Last summer, 23 of the top 23 players in the world competed at the Rogers Cup, cementing its place as the premier tennis event in Canada. As a top-level event, the Rogers Cup will attract a mandatory player field again this coming summer.
The event is going on earlier this year to avoid conflicting with the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. With exciting entertainment, shopping, fan interaction and the most heart-pounding matches, the Rogers Cup is the place to be this July.
