Krav Maga is an eclectic self-defense and military hand-to-hand combat system developed in Israel. Russian Systema is a Russian martial art designed to be highly adaptive and practical. It uses drills and sparring instead of set choreography. Yoga Meditation Techniques and Yogalates enhance the traditional Yoga experience.
