“York, in partnership with ICN, is offering its members an exciting Canadian golf program that provides great value, distinct advantages and entry into a community of golfers,” said Naguib Gouda, executive director of Alumni & Advancement Services. “ICN has the depth of experience and a range of services to give our alumni, faculty and staff the quality that we demand for them.”

In addition, golf travel packages and individual green fee passes are now available for members of the York community. Almost 90 golf facilities participate in the ICN alliance, including some of the best courses in Canada, such as Big Sky in Whistler, Wolf Creek in Alberta, Taboo in Ontario’s Muskoka region, Le Geant at Mont Tremblant and Bell Bay in Nova Scotia.

“Many of our York alumni, faculty and staff are golfers, so they will be delighted with the great value of this program which can be purchased online and used over and over again for significant discounts and an annual free round,” said Gouda.

“ICN is delighted to have a strong partner such as York University in this unique program that allows daily fee golfers to enjoy many of the same benefits as members of private clubs,” said ICN President & CEO Kim Robinson.

Established in 1998, International Club Network operates the Privileged Play daily fee golf program and the Privileged Access program, which arranges reciprocal privileges for members of more than 350 independent private clubs in 17 countries around the world.
