York University indoor track and field centre has garnered a lot of media attention lately as the training site of champions. Olympic sprinter Desai Williams and Blue Jay player Shannon Stewart have been working out together at York, reports The Toronto Sun Feb. 6. Last December, banned track coach Charlie Francis was spotted working with American superstar sprinter Marion Jones and world record holder Tim Montgomery, reports the Toronto Star Feb. 6 in a story about the discredited Francis.
