Nancy Accinelli, York’s 2002 United Way Campaign coordinator, has sent the following message:
Bravo to all who are working in support of the 2002 York University United Way Campaign. Although we have not yet reached our grand total, we are drawing closer to that goal daily.
The virtual Y banner now shows that we are within 60 per cent of reaching our target. You can view the banner at http://studentaffairs.yorku.ca/uwc/index.htm. We will keep working to colour the York Y red!
If you have not yet donated, please take a few minutes within the next week to fill out your pledge form and send it to N904 Ross. The 2002 United Way team hopes to complete this campaign by the end of the week. If you have made your donation, we thank you for your generosity.
Please note that if you wish to designate a particular charity to receive your donation, you may do so by indicating your choice on the back of the first page of your form.
And just a reminder: everyone whose pledge is received by Friday, Dec. 6, will be eligible to receive one of four prizes: Koss AM/FM clock radio with CD player, donated by Data Integrity in York Lanes; free massage at York Lanes Massage Therapy Centre; four-month Sport York Fitness Membership; and gift certificate (free wash, cut and set) at Kliks in York Lanes.
