The Office of Budgets and Planning, Finance Division is pleased to announce the appointment of Joyce Vance as Budget Manager effective Sept. 1, 2002.
During her career, Joyce has worked in a number of progressive administrative and management roles, and for the past three years Joyce has worked as the payroll manager at the University. Her work experience includes financial, human resources and systems work.
