As captured in the newly released Maclean’s 2022 University Rankings, York has been successful in advancing our vision to provide a high-quality education at a research-intensive university informed by a clear set of core values. The rankings highlight solid progress in several important areas, including an impressive sixth-place ranking against all other comprehensive universities in Canada for the second consecutive year.
The students were taking part in the University’s innovative Cross Campus Capstone Classroom (C4) learning opportunity. Fifty undergraduate students developed solutions to help Scarborough residents make the best use of community spaces.
The 2021-22 Science and Technology Studies (STS) Research Seminar Series continues on Oct. 26 with Assistant Professor Sarah Rotz’s talk titled “Disciplining Land, Deepening Inequity.”
Students, staff and faculty are invited to start the fall season with a mindfulness meditation clinic hosted by the York University Psychology Clinic, beginning Oct. 19.
