History prof’s book a double winner

York history Professor William C. Wicken is a 2013 Clio Prize winner and the winner of this year’s Sir John A. Macdonald Prize for the best scholarly book in Canadian history, for his book, The Colonization of Mi’kmaw Memory and History, 1794-1928: The King v. Gabriel Sylliboy.

OSCR recognizes dedicated team of volunteers

Last month, York University’s Office of Student Conflict Resolution hosted an appreciation lunch for its 95 volunteers who are integral to the work being done by the office.
