As part of the overall strategy for continuous service improvement, the Information Technology Department is launching a customer satisfaction survey.
IT is seeking feedback from the York University community. Through your feedback, we hope to learn how you like our service, and where we have opportunities to serve you better.
Starting Tuesday, Sept. 12, when community members receive their IT ticket resolution email, they will also receive an embedded link to the customer satisfaction survey. Everyone is encouraged to take a minute to complete the survey and provide feedback.
Survey responses will contribute to Information Technology’s planning efforts to improve service quality and processes.
The survey is very short and will take approximately one minute to complete. The survey responses will only be viewed by Information Technology leadership. Results will be analyzed; IT leadership will look at what is going well, what things are improving, and what needs extra attention. Those areas that appear to need special attention will be prioritized and become part of a general plan for making improvements.
