New features of the revamped yu link, York University’s intranet, offers members of the York community an enhanced experience to engage and network with faculty and staff.
A new feature allows users to upload a ‘social profile’, where information and a photo can be uploaded and visible to other users. This gives users an opportunity to share details about themselves, personal or work-related, and start to build an online network.
The social profile also has capacity for a blog, and users are encouraged to create and contribute blog entries.
To access and update your social profile, visit yu link and click on my yu link or scroll down the page to the right-hand sidebar where it says my yu link.
