Come out to the annual Schulich French Toast Breakfast where for only $2 you can enjoy a steaming plate of French Toast dusted with icing sugar in support of United Way.
The breakfast will run from 8 to 11am on Tuesday, Nov. 26 at CIBC Marketplace, Seymour Schulich Building, Keele campus. Also on deck: the York Cares grand prize draws, an update on campaign progress, including the status of the York Cares Participation Challenge, and entertainment featuring faculty and students from the Schulich School of Business.
Diners lined up to receive their plates of French toast at last year’s event
Donations of any amount can be made to the campaign until the end of December, however, contributions must be received before 4pm Monday, Nov. 25, to be eligible for the prize draws. Personalized donation links were distributed again Monday for employees’ convenience.
The United Way aims to strengthen the social fabric that ties the city together by helping individuals and families improve their lives. When you donate to the United Way, you give people opportunities to move from a life of poverty to one of possibility and, ultimately, create lasting, positive change by building a stronger community for everyone.
