All full-time non-academic employees are entitled to participate in the balloting for the nomination of a non-academic employee to the Board of Governors. The candidates, their personal statements and information on the election process can be found on the University Secretariat website.

Ballots and the list of candidates have been mailed to all full-time non-academic employees.
Balloting opens April 18 and completed ballots must be received by the University Secretariat, 1050 York Research Tower, no later than 12pm (noon) on May 2.
