Community information sessions to offer answers about the new PRASE initiative

York President & Vice-Chancellor Mamdouh Shoukri, Patrick Monahan, vice-president academic & provost, and Gary Brewer, vice-president finance & administration, have issued the following invitation to the York community:

We invite faculty, staff and students to participate in a community information session about the recently launched Process Re-engineering and Service Enhancement (PRASE) initiative at York (see YFile, Nov. 15).

Two University community information sessions have been arranged and, as space is limited, we encourage everyone to attend only one session.

  • Monday, Nov. 22, from 3 to 4:30pm in the Senate Chamber, N940 Ross Building.
  • Tuesday, Nov. 23, from 12 to 1:30pm, in the Senate Chamber, N940 Ross Building.

Following an introduction by President Shoukri, there will be a presentation from VPs Monahan and Brewer. The majority of the session time will be dedicated to a discussion period, where you are encouraged to participate, ask questions and provide feedback.

We look forward to your engagement in this important initiative. If you are unable to attend either of the community information sessions and have questions or feedback, send an e-mail to PRASE@yorku.ca.

A website will be developed shortly that will contain documents, presentations and general information on PRASE.
