Regenesis@York and York University Food Services will be re-launching their weekly farmers market YUM! (York University’s Market). Originally announced for Feb. 11, the market will now open Feb. 25 (the delay is related to insurance). One of the University’s most popular and widely recognized sustainability initiatives on campus, YUM! will be held every Thursday afternoon from 11am to 4pm in the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Building on the south side of the Keele campus.

The mission of YUM! is to provide the University community with diverse and equitable access to wholesome and organic produce. The farmers’ market makes available a variety of locally grown, organic and fresh food products that meet the needs of students and faculty at York. YUM! also endeavors to support students by offering valuable experiential education and resources on health and nutrition.
