Faculty should submit requests for library reserves or film and video bookings now

Scott Libraries collaboratory

The York University Libraries staff remind faculty to submit their requests for material to be placed on reserve, or for film/video class bookings, as soon as possible. Although the summer term has begun, it is not too late. It is also not too early to plan in advance for the fall term.

Faculty requiring items on reserve in the libraries should submit a reserve request. Faculty requiring a video, DVD or a film for course preview or class use should fill out the film and video booking form.

The York University Libraries staff encourages faculty to request these items early for courses they are teaching in the fall term. The deadline for the fall term is Aug. 15, which will ensure the items are ready for the start of classes in the fall.
