Do you need to get back into shape after the holiday season? The Glendon Athletic Club with its 55,000-square-foot full use fitness facility can help.
Members of the Glendon Athletic Club have use of the 25-yard pool, four squash courts, three tennis courts, full-sized gymnasium, and weight and cardio room.
In addition, the club offers group swim, karate, boxing, kick boxing, badminton and squash lessons in the fall, winter and spring.
The club welcomes students, faculty, staff, alumni and members of the community to its facilities on York University’s Glendon campus at the intersection of Bayview Avenue and Lawrence Avenue.
