As a result of an election at large Debbie Jamieson has been re-nominated by full-time non-academic employees for membership on the Board of Governors.

Upon confirmation by the board, she will begin serving an additional two-year term effective July 1.
Jamieson is a program assistant in the Graduate Program in Human Resource Management in the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies. She has has been employed at York University for more than 37 years. She will join Janet Morrison who was appointed last year to the second board seat for non-academic employees.
